This provision shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws.

Harwood reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in its sole discretion. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be severed from these Terms of Use and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
